This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
Official Disassociation
This App is an independent utility tool developed by Screenshort. It is NOT affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to the Government of Bangladesh, Bangladesh Bank, the National Savings Directorate (Sanchayapatra), or any other official government agency.
Data Source
The prize bond draw results displayed in the App are gathered from publicly available official bank announcements and government disclosures for informational purposes only.
Bond Tracking & Match Detection
Your submitted prize bond numbers and series are stored encrypted on our secure server. Our automated backend system cross-matches them with official draw results and sends you push notifications if you win.
Push Notifications via FCM
We use your FCM Token exclusively to send prize match notifications directly to your device through Firebase Cloud Messaging. These are never shared with third parties.
Account Management
Your name, phone number, and email are used solely to manage your account — login, profile display, and account recovery. We do not store raw passwords; passwords are securely hashed before storage.
Log Data
When you use our Service, in case of an error, we collect data and information (through trusted third-party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, app configuration when using the Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other diagnostic statistics. We use this information solely to debug issues, improve app stability, and enhance the performance and reliability of our Service.
Full Encryption
All sensitive user data — including account credentials, phone numbers, email addresses, FCM tokens, device IDs, and prize bond numbers — are encrypted before being stored in our database. We use industry-standard AES encryption to protect your data at rest.
Secure Transmission
All data transmitted between the App and our servers is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections, preventing interception or tampering during transit.
No Raw Password Storage
We never store your password in plain text. Passwords are cryptographically hashed before storage so even our own team cannot read them.
Permissions Used
The App only requests some device permissions: INTERNET (to sync your bonds with our server) and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (to detect connectivity and show offline warnings). No camera, microphone, contacts, or storage permissions are requested.

We use a small set of trusted open-source libraries.
Volley (Google)
Used for secure HTTPS network requests between the App and our server. No personal data is shared with Google through this library.
Lottie (Airbnb)
Used for smooth loading animations inside the App. This library is purely visual and does not collect any data.
CircleImageView
Used to display circular profile images within the App. This is a UI-only library and collects no data.
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
Used exclusively to deliver prize match push notifications to your device. FCM is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We only pass your FCM token to our own server for notification routing — we do not share it with any other third party.
No Third-Party Advertising or Analytics
We do not use any advertising SDKs, analytics platforms, or data broker services. Your usage patterns and bond data are never sold or shared for commercial purposes.
Delete Your Account
You have the full right to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our servers at any time. When you delete your account, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:

How to Delete Your Account

Open the App and go to your Profile screen.

Tap "Profile Settings" from the menu.

Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm the deletion in the popup dialog. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we inadvertently collect personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information immediately from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page, updating the "Last Updated" date, and issuing an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance of the updated policy.
