You can permanently remove your account and every piece of data tied to it, directly from the app, in under a minute. Here's exactly what gets deleted and how to do it.

THE PROCESS

Four steps, start to finish

Each step below is paired with the actual screen you'll see in the app, in the order you'll see it.

01Open

Go to your Profile tab

From the bottom navigation bar, tap Profile. Under "Account Details," tap Profile details to open your account settings.

02Locate

Scroll to Delete Account

On the Profile screen, scroll past your personal details — full name, email, and mobile number — down to the red Delete Account link beneath the Save Changes button.

03Confirm

Review and confirm the warning

A confirmation dialog explains that the action is permanent and cannot be undone. Tap Delete Forever only if you're sure, or Cancel to back out.

04Done

Your account is gone — immediately

As soon as you confirm, your account and every field listed above are permanently deleted from our servers. There's no grace period and no way to recover the data afterward.

Before you tap "Delete Forever"

Once your account is deleted, your account and all associated data cannot be restored — not even on request. Please make sure you no longer need any of this information before you confirm. Think carefully before you delete.
