How Prize Bond Tracker Works

PART ONE

Getting started

Two screens stand between you and your dashboard: creating an account, and logging in.

01Sign up

Create your account

Enter your full name, email address, and mobile number, then set a password. Passwords need at least 8 characters, one number, and one special character. Agree to the Terms & Conditions and tap Create Account.

Log in with your mobile number

Returning users enter their mobile number and password on the login screen, then tap Login. Forgot your password? There's a link right there for that too.

PART TWO

Your home dashboard

Once you're in, the Home tab is mission control — the next draw, the latest winners, and your own numbers at a glance.

01Overview

See what's coming and what's already happened

The top card counts down to the next Prize Bond draw. Below it, the latest winning numbers are listed, followed by quick-access cards for registering new bonds and checking results. Your total bonds and any matches found sit at the bottom.

The Draw Upcoming card and Check Results card on Home are shortcuts into the same tools covered in the next two sections — adding bonds and checking them against the draw.

PART THREE

Adding your bonds

Tap Add in the bottom nav to register your bond numbers. You can add one at a time, or a whole series at once.

01Single

Add one bond number

On the Single Bond tab, enter the two-letter series prefix (e.g. কক) and the 7-digit bond number, then tap Save Bond. A reference image shows exactly where to find the serial number on the physical bond.

02Series

Add a whole range at once

Switch to the Series / Range tab if you hold consecutive numbers. Enter the series, the starting 7-digit number, and how many bonds you want to register — the app fills in the rest of the sequence for you.

PART FOUR

Checking your results

Every bond you've saved is checked automatically against new draws — but you can also run a manual check any time.

01Verify

Run a manual bond check

Open Bond Matcher from the Home screen's Check Results card. Enter a series and 7-digit number, then tap Check Result to verify it against the national prize database. Past searches are kept in the History list below.

PART FIVE

Account & security

Everything about you lives under the Profile tab — your details, your password, and account-level controls.

01Details

View and edit your profile

Tap Profile → Profile details to review or update your full name, email, and mobile number, then tap Save Changes.

02Password

Change your password

From Settings & Support → Change Password, enter your current password followed by a new one that meets the same requirements: 8+ characters, one number, one special character.

03Reset

Forgot your password?

On the login screen or the Change Password screen, tap Forgot Password, enter your registered email, and tap Send a Password Reset Link to get back in.

Deleting your account

Profile details also has a Delete Account option. It permanently removes your account and all associated data — this cannot be undone, so use it only if you're certain.

PART SIX

Signing out

Two different actions live at the bottom of the Profile screen — logging out of your account, and closing the app entirely.

01Logout

Log out of your account

Tap Logout at the bottom of Profile. A confirmation dialog asks "Are you sure?" — tap Logout again to confirm, or Cancel to stay signed in.

02Exit

Close the app

Tap Exit App below Logout to close Prize Bond Tracker entirely without signing out. Confirm with Exit, or tap Stay to keep using the app.
