Welcome to Prize Bond Tracker! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Prize Bond Tracker mobile application ("App") operated by Screenshort ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or accessing this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Account Registration and Security

Eligibility

To access the prize bond tracking features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your Name, Email Address, and Phone Number.

Account Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Device Data

The app utilizes your Device ID and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens to route push notifications accurately to your device.

Service Description and Automated Tracking

The App's Purpose

Prize Bond Tracker is a utility tool designed to help citizens of Bangladesh store and track their prize bond numbers against publicly announced draw results.

How It Works

Users enter their single bonds or series ranges. Once official results are published, our system scans the stored data for matches and generates automatic push notifications to winning users.

Data Collection & Update Process

After a draw result is officially published on the Bangladesh Bank website, we manually collect the winning number data from the site. This collected data is then manually uploaded to our server by our team. Once the data is available on our server, the matching process against user-submitted bonds and the resulting notifications are handled automatically. In other words, the initial data collection and upload is a manual step performed by us, while the matching and notification steps that follow are automated.

Data Encryption

We respect your privacy. All user-submitted prize bond numbers are fully encrypted within our secure database.

Strict Government Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

No Official Representation

Prize Bond Tracker is a completely independent, private utility application. It is not an official application of, nor is it affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way representing Bangladesh Bank, the Internal Resources Division (IRD), or the Government of Bangladesh.

Data Source

All prize bond draw schedules, numbers, and winning lists displayed in this App are parsed strictly from public records made available on the official website of Bangladesh Bank: www.bb.org.bd

Limitation of Liability and Mandatory Verification

Tracking Aid Only

While we use automated tools and diligent measures to keep our database accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee 100% error-free data synchronization. Delays or technical errors in background notifications or matching may occur.

Mandatory Double-Check

This App must be used strictly as a tracking aid. Before attempting to claim any physical cash rewards or prizes, you are strictly required and legally advised to formally verify your prize bond number directly on the official Bangladesh Bank website or at an authorized bank counter.

No Financial Liability

Screenshort and its developers shall not be held liable for any missed winnings, data inaccuracies, unreceived push notifications, or financial/moral losses resulting from your reliance on the App.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, harms other users, or violates applicable digital policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.

In an upcoming version of Screenshort, we will be introducing a Prize Bond Limit System. Here is what to expect:

Each account will have a default free limit for how many prize bonds can be added.

Once your free limit is reached, you will need to purchase an additional limit to continue inserting more bonds.

Limit packages will be available at affordable prices directly within the app.

Currently, there is no limit — you can insert as many bonds as you want for free until this feature goes live.
